Creative escapades come and go, but cake has always stuck around.

I’ve had a lot of different creative escapades over the years, but cake has always been a constant. Right now, that’s narrowed into a very specific, slightly consuming obsession with cheesecake.

Basque Burnt

No crust, deliberately scorched top, custardy center. The one I make most.

New York Dense

Water bath, low and slow. For when I want to prove a point.

No-Bake

Emergency cheesecake. Exists for when someone says 'tonight' and means it.
